Estetiko was commissioned by a leading high end property developer to design a premium interior scheme for their latest property conversion in Marylebone.  The intent was to borrow from the traditional characteristic of the estate and blend it with our modern interpretation of it, creating a set of timeless design pieces which almost looks original for the period of the building. 

All colours and proportions are well considered, implying sophistication, subtle luxury and high quality of living.

The joinery was designed to accommodate AC units and various media systems in each bedroom with the basement studio featuring a media wall with the space for 86″ TV concealed behind bespoke bi-fold pocket doors for which we engineer a unique solution.
